Flexographic Printing

Flexographic printing is the major process used to print packaging materials. Flexo printing presses are used to print corrugated containers, folding cartons, sacks, paper and plastic bags, labels, adhesive tapes, envelopes and wrappers. Flexographic printing is the most effective and flexible form of label and tag printing. All our commercial flexo printing presses are narrow web inline flexo presses by Mark Andy, Rotorpress, and Webtron; specifically designed for the label industry. Our skilled Press Operators have years of experience and take pride in the outcome of every job.

Digital PrePress

Graphic Imaging preparation begins with camera-ready (mechanical) art/copy scanned in or digitally captured by computer, or by electronically developed art produced by a graphic design specialist and provided to us by the customer on disc or by e-mail. We have an in house graphic design department to assist or develop the customer’s vision from concept to film. A color proof is presented to the customer prior to going to film and production for sign off and approval.

Finishing

With Slitters, Rewinders, and post press finishing equipment, our finishing and shipping people do custom slitting, rewinding, packaging, and shipping to meet customer specifications and needs.
